Meet Management

Co-Owner & President
Erik Mogensen
Since co-founding Mogensen Landscaping in 2004, Erik has focused on leading the company with a balance of strategy and people-first values. He thrives on building strong client relationships and is especially proud when receiving unsolicited positive feedback—it’s proof that the team’s hard work speaks for itself. Known for spotting both opportunities and challenges early, Erik ensures that high standards remain at the heart of every project. What drives him most is seeing clients genuinely happy with both the journey and the outcome of their landscape.

Co-Owner & Secretary
Keri Mogensen
As a founding member of Mogensen Landscaping, Keri has helped shape the company’s culture since 2004. She oversees management and accounting while fostering a supportive workplace where crews can grow and succeed. Her organizational skills and steady presence keep daily operations seamless, but what she values most is providing a great place to work and seeing all the crews succeed. To Keri, what makes the company stand out is holding high expectations, which encourages everyone to put genuine care into their work. She finds the greatest reward in seeing completed projects exceed expectations and hearing clients share their excitement.

Maintenance Manager
Neftali Sandoval
Lee has been with Mogensen Landscaping since 2011 and manages all maintenance projects and crews. He enjoys building accountability and pride within the team, helping each member take ownership of their work. While his expertise in irrigation allows him to train crews to quickly troubleshoot leaks, valves, wiring, and pressure issues, he believes that is just one piece of maintaining healthy, lasting landscapes. For Lee, what sets Mogensen Landscaping apart is its commitment to responsive communication and consistent quality. His favorite part of the job is watching clients’ yards thrive year after year and knowing they recognize the care and attention required for sustainable longevity.

Designer & Project Manager
Chris Fauske
Chris has been with Mogensen Landscaping since 2015, stepping into his role as a full-time designer in 2022. He combines creative design with an eye for detail, guiding projects from initial concept through to completion. Chris enjoys the challenge of blending beauty, function, and sustainability so that outdoor spaces truly enhance clients’ lives. He believes the company’s reputation for accountability and top-quality work is what sets it apart. For him, the best part is getting to collaborate directly with clients to design landscapes that feel personal, welcoming, and enduring.
